[timing and interruptions subgroup] meeting minutes 2 October 2023, final week

Hi, all
The Timings And Interruptions subgroup met this morning for its last meeting. We reviewed our work, made some edits, and talked through the remaining deliverables:
 1. A presentation (10 minutes and 5 minutes for questions) at next week’s AGWG call.
 2. The pull request
I’ll create and deliver the presentation. We’re waiting on a template being finalized before the pull request can be created. As soon as the template is ready, I’ll work on the PR.
Thanks to everyone who participated in the subgroup. I think the meetings went well, we accomplished what we had to (albeit a little late), and had some laughs along the way.
