RE: Can we try and make survey more usable?

Sorry, Lisa. I wrote that particular issue in a way that is even more
confusing than most. I will try to do better in the future.
 
I do think it would be helpful if we could at least include the proposed
resolution in the survey item, as well as the link to the complete data
base entry.
