Hello, I am a new comer to the XML DSIG. After reading the XMLDSIG documents, I am wondering how a XML data object is hashed. For example, an object has the following data: <book> <name> XML for dummy </name> <author> Suresh </author> </book> How is the input stream to the hash function composed? Does it contain the XML tags? (I guess so). How are the spaces handled? Thank you! Steve
