Full Notation3 extends RDF to allow literal graphs, for just this
purpose.
who:Joe ex:says { :B rdf:type :X }.
or more maybe
:doc1 a doc:Document;
	foaf:maker [ foaf:name "Joe" ];
	ex:asserts { :B rdf:type :X }.
