The working group agrees that when it does apply, it is very important for people with these disabilities. ---------------------------- Response from GSW: ---------------------------- If you are reasoning that this cannot be at Level 1 or 2 because of the requirement that Level 1 and 2 SC must apply to all web pages then you better move SC 2.4.5 (AA) which refers to "set of web pages" as 2.4.7 does. Many Level 1 and 2 SC cannot be applied to all web pages, such as SC 2.4.4 (A) which refers to link text - not all web pages will have link text (ie. a one page site).
