adding more text to Understanding WCAG 2.0 Table of Contents

For orientation, it would have helped me to see, instead of
Understanding Guideline 1.1
as well, the words that describe 1.1 that are shown when the link is selected
Understanding Guideline 1.1 : Provide text alternatives for all non-text 
content.
