Can't set refresh rate at 75 Hz. with resolution 1280x1024

Hello xorg,
I'm using Ubuntu 6.06 and I want to use my monitor at
a resolution of 1280x1024 and have at least a refresh
rate of 75 Hz. I know that my monitor (Iyama Vision
Master Pro 411 or A705MT) is able to handle this
resolution and refresh rate. The problem is that I can
only use it at a resolution of 60 Hz. I placed this
question also on the Ubuntuforums but was on unable to
solve the problem. Now I'm hoping you could help me.
