As of Oct, 2015 most of the code here is still in 
Python 2.X form. In simple cases, it just requires
using "tkinter" instead of "Tkinter" in Python 3.X.
Barring conversion, install 2.X and run under 2.X 
with a command line form "py -2 script.py".
