This is the definition of Lean Publishing. I4was presented in a talk (the YouTube video is below) to a room of hundreds of publishing industr9experts at the Tools of Change conference in New York in Februar92000, leading to coverage of Leanpub and Lean Publishing in The New Yorker. I4was based on ideas first published in The Lean Publishing Manifesto_a> in 2010, and expanded on subsequently in Peter's book Lean Publishing._em>
