tutorial command reference 4.4 glade should be design

In the tutorial for ubuntu-application the command reference entry 4.4 refers to quickly glade this should be quickly design
fixed in patch
There is a dead link to blog.didrocks.fr - converted to comment in patch
Dead link to Bazaar documentation - fixed in patch
