commit 354ab8567ae3107a8cbe7228c3181990ba598aac "Fix OMAP EHCI suspend/resume failure (i693)" killed usb hub on beagle boards, and the above email proposes to revert it: while reverting that bugs on a vanilla 3.5rc4 kernel solves the problem, with our kernel some config modification is due too (still under investigation).

3.5rc4 is affected by this.
