From what I've could gather he's Zargani, a kebab owner from Sidney who posted on 9gag (dated on Sept. 11th) saying that he would give free kebabs to all the 9gag users who went to his restaurant. Of course, this quickly backfired and he got flooded with visitors who would eat for free, making him lose a lot of money and sparking several jokes about it. There's also something about an Asian guy going five times a day to the restaurant to get free food, with 9gaggers making him his archnemesis.
