" For Digguh, moving through the ground is as easy as swimming. It just dives underground, then...wiggle, wiggle, jump! SURPRISE! You never know when to expect Digguh... Kinda rude, actually. It'll also throw clumps of dirt at you and munch on ground-bound meals."

Digguh is an enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby and the Forgotten Land . It gives the Drill ability when inhaled.

Physical Appearance[ ]

Digguh is a mole-like creature with brown fur. It has a long snout that is light brown with brown stripes and whiskers, as well as an orange nose. It has orange paws with dark brown claws and a crest of red, spiky hair on its forehead. Additionally, it has white eyes with black pupils.

Games[ ]

Kirby and the Forgotten Land [ ]

Digguh stands idly or walks around, but upon noticing the player, it will dig into the ground and pop out in a new spot to ambush them (either by popping up from below or throwing dirt as a projectile). While underground, Digguh is invincible.

When fighting Fecto Forgo, a Digguh is visible on the bottom of its right side, below a group of Sssnackers.

Etymology[ ]

"Digguh" comes from the word "digger," referencing its common behavior.

Its Japanese name, ディグー (Digū), also comes from "digger," ディガー (digā).
