The city of Aarhus was the site of the 9th edition of IoT Week. The conference was held in Musikhuset from 17 to 21 June 2019.
The conference brought together more than 360 speakers from the worlds of research, industry, business, technology and science. Among them were representatives of the world’s largest companies that are developing IoT technologies such as Grundfos, Microsoft, Siemens and Ericsson.
Various program activities enabled participants to explore IoT deeply, with the UN sustainability goals as a starting point. The comprehensive program included around 180 sessions, workshops and panel discussions, as well as a Hackathon, Startup Competition, Public Expo, Art Residency and IEEE-supported Global IoT Summit.

IoT Week again proved to be a great event, providing ample opportunities for learning about IoT challenges and opportunities as well as networking with business, industry and academia from around the world.
The conference was complemented for the first time by a public exhibition that provided the experience of real IoT solutions and products, inspiring and showing how far IoT and digitization have come today.
