h5p-image-hotspots audio autoplay only works for some according to container width

Hello,
I have a problem with h5p-image-hotspots containing audio content (autoplay on) where if I visit the url inside embed h5p, the auto-play feature only works for the bottom half; and it seems to be relative to the screen width, when it touches a width it likes, it will autoplay the audio.

When embedded, it's working fine. But I have some business needs for users to access content directly to the provided h5p embed url; if there are other ways, do let me know how.

This is a problem in H5P.Audio that only surfaces in your edge use case that H5P was not meant to be used in. However, the fix would be simple. I created a ticket for H5P Group (HFP-4304), and I also created a pull request with the one-line change needed.
The rest is in H5P Group's hands ...
