During the Social Media meetup at the library I mentioned that my company was considering bringing in Lullabot. We have decided to delay Lullabot training until after the New Year due to budgetary concerns. I don't know at this time if we will open it to non-company participants.
I did think it was really interesting that Lullabot would consider training a mixed group. That may be worth pursuing as a CODUG group even if my company chooses not to join. We looked at sending some of our people to the Deep Dives, the fee for a week of training (if you did the whole thing) was 1800ドル and then you had airfare and lodging / food on top of that. Lullabot would run about 1000ドル for 3 days of training....waaaayyy cheaper. Of course, getting 20 people to drop that much cash to get them to come is probably not easy...but it would be worth it if it could be managed.
