For Rules 1.0, we'd like to improve the icons. Here are the current icons
I pulled these from various open source icon sets.

Instead of creating special Icons for actions, we should rather invest the time in a default Drupal set, being cared for in this issue: http://drupal.org/node/13911
We can draw from Actions icons, so there should not be too much thinking needed...
