I'm running a drupal 7 site as a CRM. I'm also running an asterix phone system.
I want to create a work flow with Drupal, that when a specific number on Asterix is answered, the number creates an entry in the drupal database, pulling in the customer details from the number when present.
Is this use case currently being considered?
