Guyana's communication abilities are limited compared to more developed countries, not to mention the high cost of using such technology in Guyana. This group aims to find new ways to use Drupal and it’s modules with Guyana’s limited technology and influence future development in order to suite our needs.
Drupal use should be encouraged

Hi,
I am Guyanese but not living at home. I recently had to give a presentation on Drupal and visited the Drupalsites.net website to find example sites and was pleasantly surprised to find a tag there for Guyana and was checking out the sites in Guyana that use Drupal.
Drupal, being open source is a good fit for a lot of organizations there.
