Describe the bug

when i alt tab the screen turns black for 3 seconds
i tested it with and without not enough vulcan mod

Steps to reproduce

1. alt+tab with vsync off and screen turns black
2. turn on vsync
3. apply the settings
4. and off vsync again
5. after that everything works fine, no black screens untill you rejoin the game
