There is multiple sources of information online around the 2027(FRC) season compatibility condition regarding new DS and new controller. So just to confirm, will BIOCORE support old DS with roboRIO?

No, the old DS and roboRIO will not be supported in 2027. The 2027 season will require the new DS and Systemcore for competition use.
