Hello Vue team 👋

I would like to start working on the Turkish translation of the Vue.js documentation.

As far as I can see, there is no existing Turkish team yet. I’m opening this discussion to announce my intention and to find collaborators who may also be interested in contributing.

Plan:

• Fork the vuejs/docs repository and start the initial translation in a dedicated repo (possibly under an organization like vuejs-tr).
• Set up translation conventions for common terms to keep consistency.
• Use issues and pull requests to divide work and allow peer reviews.
• Once we reach more than 50% of the translation, request an official transfer to the vuejs-translations organization.
