docs(wiki): retract "image not published yet" — chrome-selkies is live The image build pipeline now actually publishes: ghcr.io/streamspace-dev/chrome-selkies:latest - linux/amd64 (arm64 blocked on upstream Selkies binaries) - cosign keyless signature - SPDX SBOM attestation Update both Home.md and Project-Overview.md to reflect the live state.
