Is scLoop Ready for Practical Single-Cell Analysis? #90

Dear Developer,

I am a beginner in bioinformatics and have recently become very interested in your work on scLoop. I would like to ask whether the Python package has reached a sufficiently mature and stable stage for practical use in research projects. I am considering applying scLoop to my own single-cell analysis and, if it proves suitable, I plan to cite your work in my future publications. Thank you for developing this valuable tool. I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards

Hello and thanks for your interest. It is usable but not stable yet (meaning you could use it to find loops in single-cell datasets, but it requires some tuning), and I have all technical parts in place. I plan to make docs and example scripts/notebooks available next month, and I'm preparing manuscript recently. Feel free to try out and post issues/prs. Also if you want to discuss the analyses you want to do in your project, I'm open to that as well.
