Description

This one is open to Proposals on how the State can be modified to be able to Create and Host Tournaments of a fixed number of people and auto-compute and conclude matches for that tournament.

The Proposal should include the new State and State Transition Proposal and also, would it be better to have one MRU per tournament of one for all. This can be a separate extension of the project or can be merged into the same project also, based on the backward compatibility.
