Sozi release 24.11 for testers #708

This is mainly a bugfix release. It addresses the following issues:

• Usability of the presenter console (Presenter console panes resize for every frame #633 ).
• Better support of touchscreens (Hyperlinks not working anymore on Android phone #690 , Mobile navigation: tap or swipe #705 ).
• Duplicate notifications in the editor (Multiple overlays from the Notes hint button #634 ).
• Errors when building the web version of the editor (Cannot create browserBuild #696 ).

The following new features have been added:

• Keyboard shortcuts for nested lists in the presenter notes.

Translations have also been updated.

⚠️ Unfortunately, packages for Linux distributions (rpm, deb, pacman) can no longer be created using the current build system. Linux users can use the provided AppImage.
