Cannot find Narration feature #706

I see that there was a pull request for "Narration" that allowed the ability to sync audio and the presentation.

I can't seem to find that feature in the Sozi editor.
Is it another downloaded altogether (seems unlikely)... could someone point out where i could find that feature in the editor.
