GUI-Guide: account list rows now refresh per code change, not live-every-second Throttled to fix a system-wide Workbench drag stall (amiauth#62) - the list only relists when a code actually rolls over. The selected account's big code display and countdown gauge still update live every second.

GUI-Guide: remove Add-from-clipboard's RA-V shortcut AmiAuth no longer binds Right-Amiga-V to Account -> Add from clipboard; it collided with the system-wide Edit->Paste convention for an action that adds a vault entry, not just pastes text.

Correct passphrase-field cursor glyph: | not _ The trailing underscore wasn't visible in practice; the actual fix (sidick/amiauth#61) uses a vertical bar instead.

Document idle-lock hide/re-prompt behavior, passphrase cursor, window memory Matches the AmiAuth GUI fixes in sidick/amiauth#61: idle auto-lock now hides the window and re-prompts on next Show/hotkey rather than blocking in place; the passphrase field shows a static cursor; window position and size are remembered across a hide/show cycle.
