I am working to start on this project . Could you please help me with some general Idea , Point of start , tech stack etc .

THe below Use cases needs to be supported

Dashboard containing the information of current active vehicles
vehicle available in queue for further allocation to the customer
details from vehicle to be published to dashboard such as (required maintenence , fuel level , heath of vehicle etc )
GPS tracking of vehicle
GEO fencing of vehicle
otp facility to start and end of the ride
