Follow-up from #17 design stress test.
Scope
- Add WORKFLOW.md configuration for ledger root if needed.
- Define pruning/retention behavior.
- Document defaults and migration behavior.
Notes
V1 stores ledgers under workspace.root/.rondo_runs and does not prune.
