Description
Follow-up from #17 design stress test.
Scope
- Detect checkpoint files not listed in manifest.json.
- Reconcile missing/corrupt manifest checkpoint indexes where safe.
- Report unrecoverable ledger corruption clearly.
Notes
V1 should return safe loader errors only; repair can be added later.
