Steps to reproduce:

• ssh to a rhel9 VM
• Install podman, git, curl, wget
• Install libpak/create-package, pack
• Start podman: systemctl --user start podman.socket
• Login to docker.io podman login -u <username> -p <password> docker.io
• Export export DOCKER_HOST=unix://$XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/podman/podman.sock
• Command(s) executed within the git repo:

create-package \
 --source "${SOURCE_PATH:-.}" \
 --destination "${HOME}"/buildpack \
 --version "${VERSION}"
