The paper

mentions that

"Although the prosequence of fission yeast CPY differs markedly
from that of budding yeast, it is transported to the vacuole in a
Vps10-dependent manner in fission yeast. Vps10 (SPBC16C6.06)
is homologous to the CPY receptor in budding yeast

we can use this to support cargo receptor/target for vps10, I think it must be PMID:16622069 which has only partial curation
