Every time I run the app (after selecting the appropriate folder containing the things needing to be converted, Documents\Rockstar Games\Red Dead Redemption 2\Profiles493919円A8 etc), no actual conversions seem to be taking place. I see the Processing message in the app and then get the 'Photos Successfully Converted' popup, and a new folder named 'original' is created in the origin folder into which the original files are moved, but no actual images are produced.

I'm using Windows 10 Home x64, Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044, if any of that matters.
