Persian calendar leap year issue #7524

Description

Hi,
In the Persian (Jalali) calendar, the year 1403 was a leap year and the 12th month had 30 days. In other words, 2025年03月20日 should have been converted to 12/30/1403, but it was converted to 1/1/1404.

I tried to find the reason and found out that plotly.js uses the world-calendars package to convert calendars and the main problem is with this package, but it has not been updated for 8 years.

I want to change the xaxis type to categorical data because I need the data type features like changing format based on resolution, avoiding duplicate labels, etc.

Also, I tried to modify world-calendar and rebuild plotly.js and patch the changes using patch-package, but it did not work.

This issue was previously reported and was said to have been resolved, but the problem still persists, and when I checked, this issue was not in the updates either.
