Error during Setting up the workspace - "colcon build --symlink-install" #38

During the "colcon build --symlink-install" step of the prerequisites, the launch_pal package failed to be installed with the following error message:

I am attempting to install this using Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS, using Windows Subsystem for Linux.
