Frequent file_put_contents content when I make any code changes #1209

Warning: file_put_contents(/d/renamed/for/privacy/var/cache/dev/overblog/graphql-bundle/definitions/ApplicationType.php): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Whenever I make graphql related code changes in development, the page load very slow and I see occasionally see this error. A second refresh usually fixes it.

Is it possible to fix it? Maybe just disable this cache?
