A question we get a lot is: "If the backend is Rust, why write C at all?" I'd love to hear the community's thoughts on this. For me, it's about the massive existing C ecosystem, embedded constraints, and the sheer portability of C. What keeps you writing C, and what standard library footguns are you most eager to replace?
