Here is a copy-paste of my install of omd 5.50 on a Devuan Daedalus system:
# apt install /extraspace/omd/omd-5.50-labs-edition.debian12.amd64.deb

Devuan does not use systemctl; this may be harmless, but it is a bit messy. Not sure about the last message; I guess that _apt doesn't have access to the /extraspace/omd directory.
