Credo 0.8 release #2818

Discussion on what to include in the 0.8 release.

Current proposal from my side:

• Drop support for v1 connection, credential and presentation didcomm protocols
• Drop support for draft versions of OID4VCI and OID4VP
• Change default X509 verification behaviour to require a full chain for verification (switch default)
• Remove some legacy SD-JWT VC behaviour
• Add support for new generic trusted issuers (did/x509) and remove the X509-specific trusted issuer APIs
  • New generic API will be added in 0.7, support for X509 specific API will be removed in 0.8
