Road to unified APIs #2149

I would like to start a discussion on unified APIs in Credo for all the new features.

IMO we need:

• unified base interface for credential types, adding claimFormat ,payload, and common claims (such as issuer).
• unified interface for configuring trust for credentials, exchanges in OID4VC and DIDComm, etc.. This should handle X509 certificates, dids, etc..
• ?? probably more topics

It's now somewhat of a mess. We added a lot of new APIs and now have the knowledge to know how we can simplify those and unify them again.
