Document deployment of new commits without a version change #184

Docs state that deployment happens automatically on push to main and appear in the docs under the next version tag.

Maybe a label on PRs for doc updates that can be added to the latest doc version, particularly relevant for corrections, additional docs not coupled to yet to be released functionality, CI/CD/process documentation changes.
