Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

Seems like an obvious thing to have for the python sdk. I rather not run cli commands within a python environment just to generate the json from the easier to read fga file.

Describe the ideal solution

Export the functionality of converting back and forth from fga to json in https://github.com/openfga/frontend-utils to a pure python function.
