Why are there code-only commits in this repo? #49

Symphony is a pioneer in using the idea of an entirely spec driven project with AI implementors, so I was surprised to see some commits after it launched that change the code but not the spec. What's your experience of working this way and how comes the fixes couldn't be made by updating the spec and then just having an agent (re-)derive the changes?

I mean, I can guess the answers. But I'd love to hear first hand experience.
