Idea: show the configured repo on the observability dashboard #47

When running multiple Symphony instances locally, the dashboard header is currently generic, so it is easy to forget which repo a given runner or port is actually attached to.

It would help if the dashboard surfaced the configured repo identity near the top, for example the repository owner and name for the active workflow.

From an implementation point of view, an explicit workflow-level repo metadata block seems cleaner than inferring from hooks, though a compatibility fallback for existing workflows would also be useful.

The main value is operational clarity: easier to tell which runner you are looking at before restarting, stopping, or moving tickets around.
