Hello OpenWebUI Desktop team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inquire about the current capabilities of the OpenWebUI Desktop project.
Specifically, I would like to know if it is possible for OpenWebUI Desktop to:
- Connect to a remote OpenWebUI server that hosts various models.
- Simultaneously use the local machine's browser to surf the internet, independent of the OpenWebUI server.
The primary goal of this functionality is to enable users to leverage the local browser's search capabilities (e.g., using Google) to gather text information and feed it into the remote OpenWebUI server for further processing or analysis.
In other words, can OpenWebUI Desktop act as a client to a remote OpenWebUI server while also allowing the local browser to function normally for other web activities, with the specific use case of using the local browser's search functionality to provide input to the OpenWebUI server?
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
