mn_net_neighbours does not reliably find IPv4 and hostnames #139

nmap warns that --min-parallelism 512 is too high and might compromise reliability. 100 seems to be ok. Double check, and see if it's still reasonably fast on a class-B network, otherwise some kind of progress indicator is needed.
