chore: add arg-parser and put the config under test MCP-86 (#429)
Co-authored-by: Copilot <175728472+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com> Bypassed the check of dependencies in main because it uses the latest mcp inspector version which is broken. This PR also fixes that.
