Why is the RequestStatus of ReviewRequest keeps as Not Started after submitting the request?
What could be the possible reason? e.g. App too large, have error...
I have used a testing Canvas App to submit the request which the review can be completed.
However, for another developed Canvas App (which has much more assets/controllers), it cannot complete the review for hours and the request status is keep showing Not Started.

Any clue?
