I am trying to create a custom schema, but I am unable to overwrite default schema provided by the kernal memory for MongoDB atlas. and there is nothing provided in the documentation https://microsoft.github.io/kernel-memory/. I am new to the world of kernal memory require some support 🙏🙏.

when ingesting, this is the schema I am able to use and ingest in my mongoDB, I have to overwrite and write a custom schema.
